I find the title of your blog slightly ironic... considering I don't think the VS model's secrets are in food! ha ha ha! Just kidding!

PS: You take awesome food photos! It's all food porn!

Nicole, thanks for reading! I don't run, but I do the occasional yoga workout and play all sorts of volleyball. I think I'm fairly active in my regular life, and my mom's genes help too! ;)

Loving the site. I just read 10+ of your restaurant reviews. It looks like we like to go to the same types pf places. Found a few in there that I hadn't seen or heard of yet and will definitely try. I look forward to enjoying a restaurant with you soon.

Hi Victoria,

If you're looking for some out of town experiences, I suggest The Orange Room on 620 6th St in New Westminster. I've been there for brunch and dinner, it has a good ambiance for couples or friends and the price and quality are just perfect!
Also, being latin I always crave for my ethnic food but unfortunately there's not enough of us in this city...but I have tried the Inca Dorado in Burnaby and La Conquistadora in Surrey and you can have an appetizer, an entree and a drink for 15-20 dollars. Besides, at La Conquistadora they also sell some Mexican food products if you would like to cook at home. Definitely try the hibiscus drink or the horchata (you can get these drinks at red burrito too, by the way).
