On Friday night, I attended the largest wedding that I’ve ever been to, with a whopping 1000 people in attendance. Held in a large wedding hotel in Taipei, Taiwan, it was a very elaborate affair with plenty of food, of course.
Here is a snapshot of what we ate that evening, with 100 other tables in the massive hall. Even with the amount of food that had to be prepared and served throughout the evening, all of the dishes were served steaming hot, and the staff did an excellent job! There was more than enough to go around, especially as we only had 6 people at our 10 person table, due to a few illnesses.
