Hui Lau Shan is a chain dessert restaurant with lots of deliciousness. I went to both the Sheung Wan and Causeway Bay locations while in Hong Kong (the latter I just accidentally stumbled into after lunch today) and had a couple different mango desserts.
The first is a mango ice cream with pomelo and coconut milk with more mango. Amazing and refreshing!
Then there was the mango sampler, with mango sago pudding, mango mochi, and a mango ice cream with fresh mango and jelly.
Definitely a lot of great options and if I were in Hong Kong for longer I would definitely be working my way through the menu! Now I just have to go back another time instead…
