Diana November 11, 2011 at 1:44 pm

Pastry! I have seen countless pie crust recipes saying “It’s so simple just toss it in the food processor.” But when you don’t have a food processor following those instructions is a little difficult!

I would make vegan shepherd’s pie. I have a good friend who is a vegan, and it’s really tough to have him over for dinner because of his restricted diet. I enjoy cooking, but most vegan recipes require a food processor. It’s like a vegan “coming out” gift.
