Late last week, I was invited by new Executive Chef, Curtis Webb, to attend a tasting of the upcoming menu (by brainchild, Ryan Mah) for Goldfish Pacific Kitchen. The new menu will not be available to the public until around the middle of September.
There are still some tweaks that will be made (as a result, I will not include ratings for these items and will have to return for a meal once finalized), and note that these pictures don’t depict the actual size of the dishes – they were made larger so that all six people at the sitting would be able to try plenty of each item.
My favourite dish of the evening were the Kurobota Pork Sliders, and I’m hoping they stay as is once the new menu is out!
A few weeks ago, I was also eating at Goldfish for dinner with some girlfriends for the first time in a couple of years. I’ve included the pictures below, so you can make a comparison of some of the changes that will be made. Plus, my usual ratings for the items I tried, as these dishes will remain on the menu for a short time yet!
